Dans cet article, nous allons plus loin&nbsp;: nous approfondissons les principes d\u2019analyse de l\u2019algorithme d\u2019IA de d\u00e9tection de bruits anormaux de CRYSOUND, nous partageons des configurations de test pratiques et des performances en conditions r\u00e9elles, puis nous concluons par une liste de contr\u00f4le compl\u00e8te de configuration que vous pouvez utiliser pour planifier ou valider votre propre d\u00e9ploiement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00e9fis de la d\u00e9tection d\u2019anomalies avec des algorithmes classiques<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les usines r\u00e9elles, les vrais d\u00e9fauts sont \u00e0 la fois <strong>rares<\/strong> et <strong>tr\u00e8s divers<\/strong>, ce qui rend difficile la constitution d\u2019une biblioth\u00e8que compl\u00e8te de signatures sonores anormales pour un entra\u00eenement supervis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame des algorithmes \u00e0 base de r\u00e8gles bien r\u00e9gl\u00e9s \u2014 parfois fortement personnalis\u00e9s \u2014 couvrent rarement toutes les signatures anormales. Dans une simple comparaison FFT, les deux fichiers wav pr\u00e9sentent bien quelques divergences, mais en conditions de production r\u00e9elles, l\u2019\u00e9nergie du d\u00e9faut peut \u00eatre encore plus faible, ce qui la fait tr\u00e8s probablement passer sous les seuils fixes et la laisse \u00e9chapper. Cela permet de d\u00e9passer les limites essentielles des m\u00e9thodes classiques bas\u00e9es sur des r\u00e8gles et, sur le plan des principes, d\u2019obtenir une couverture de d\u00e9fauts plus large et plus syst\u00e9matique \u2014 en particulier pour les signatures anormales subtiles, diverses et jamais vues auparavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La figure ci-dessous illustre le flux de travail
